Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2)
Make sure that the switch 2LV BEACON ON-OFF on the overhead panel 25VU is in the OFF position.

Subtask 33-48-11-420-051-A
A. Installation of the Upper Beacon/Strobe Light 7LV.
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Prepare the electrical bonding point at the flange (3) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(4)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(5)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(6)
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the light assembly (2).
(7)
Install the light assembly (2) and the new seal (12) with the countersunk screws (5) to the flange (3).
(8) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013) to the heads of the countersunk screws (5) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004) and let it dry.
(9) Apply PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-001B) to the head of the countersunk screw (5) which gives the electrical bonding.
(10) Make sure that the bung (10) is correctly installed in the lens (9).
(11) Install the lens (9) with a new seal (8) and the countersunk screws (11) and tighten.
NOTE : Refer to the match marks made during the removal procedure for____ the screw (11) installation in the correct position.
NOTE : Make sure that the pin (13) engages in the bung (10).____

R R NOTE : TORQUE VALUES FOR SCREWS SHOULD BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMM____ 20-21-11.
