 Make sure that the stop bolts (13) do not touch the stop fittings

 (14) (Ref. TASK 52-32-31-000-001).

 Make sure that the locking hooks (3) at FR53 and FR55A touch the rear of the rollers (4).

 (3)
 Measure the skin offset "H" thru "N" between the external contour of the cargo door and the fuselage contour:

 -the skin offset "H" and "J" must be between 0.9 mm (0.0354 in.) and -3.1 mm (-0.1220 in.).
 NOTE : A deviation of 1.2 mm (0.0472 in.) in an area of +/- 150 mm
____ (5.9055 in.) from the measurement point is permitted.
 -
the skin offset "K" and "L" must be between -1.5 mm (-0.0590 in.) and -4.5 mm (-0.1771 in.).

 -
the skin offset "M" and "N" must be between -0.1 mm (-0.0039 in.) and -3.1 mm (-0.1220 in.).

 (4) Adjust the skin offset "M" and "N" as follows:
 NOTE : The other skin offsets are related to the limits of the skin

 offsets "M" and "N".

R (a) Remove the nuts (9) and the washers (8) from the special bolt R (11).
 (b) Remove the serrated plates (2),(10) from the adjusting bush (5) and the eccentric bolt (1).

 (c) Turn the adjusting bush (5) and the eccentric bolt (1) until all skin offsets are correct.
 (d) Install the serrated plates (2),(10) to the eccentric bolt (1) and the adjusting bush (5). - Make sure that the serrated plates are correctly installed (Ref. TASK 52-32-32-400-001).
 (e) Attach the serrated plates (2),(10) with the washers (8) and the nuts (9) at the door frame fitting (12).
 (f) TORQUE the nuts (9) to between 0.3 and 0.4 m.daN (26.54 and 35.39 lbf.in).
 (5) Make sure that the clearances between the stop fittings (14) and the heads of the stop bolts (13) are between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.) (Ref. TASK 52-32-31-400-001).

 Measure the skin offset "H" thru "L" between the external contour of the cargo door and the fuselage contour: - the skin offset "H" must be between +0.56 mm (+0.0220 in.) and -

2.44 mm (-0.0960 in.). - the skin offset "J" must be between +0.44 mm (+0.0173 in.) and -
2.56 mm (-0.1007 in.). - the skin offset "K" must be between +0.39 mm (+0.0153 in.) and -
2.61 mm (-0.1027 in.). - the skin offset "L" must be between +0.70 mm (+0.0275 in.) and -
2.30 mm (-0.0905 in.).

 (4)
 Adjust the skin offset "K" and "L" as follows:

 NOTE : The other skin offsets are related to the limits of the skin

R (a) Remove the nuts (9) and the washers (8) from the special bolt R (11).
 (b)
 Remove the serrated plates (2),(10) from the adjusting bush (5) and the eccentric bolt (1).

 (c)
 Turn the adjusting bush (5) and the eccentric bolt (1) until all skin offsets are correct.

 (d)
 Install the serrated plates (2),(10) at the eccentric bolt (1) and the adjusting bush (5).

 -Make sure that the serrated plates are correctly installed (Ref. TASK 52-32-32-400-001).

 (e)
 Attach the serrated plates (2),(10) with the washers (8) and the nuts (9) at the door frame fitting (12).

 (f)
 TORQUE the nuts (9) to between 0.3 and 0.4 m.daN (26.54 and 35.39 lbf.in).

 (5) Make sure that the clearances between the stop fittings (14) and the heads of the stop bolts (13) are between 0.1 mm (0.0039 in.) and 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.) (Ref. TASK 52-32-31-400-001).
