CHANGE OF FLIGHT RULES - An entry must be made for each point where a change of flight rules is planned to be initiated. The entry consists of the description of the point (described from the Significant Points and Change of Speed or level entries) followed with a space by:

DESTINATION AIRPORT, TOTAL ESTIMATED ELAPSED TIME, AND ALTERNATE AIRPORT(S). - Enter the 4 letter ICAO identifier of the destination airport followed by, without a space, the total estimated elapsed time.
If there is no assigned location identifier, enter "ZZZZ". When "ZZZZ" is used, add "DEST/" in Item 18 followed by the airport name, heliport, field site or grid coordinates.
The total estimated elapsed time for IFR flights is the estimated time required from take-off to arrive over that designated point, defined by reference to Navigational Aids, from which it is intended that an instrument approach procedure will be commenced or, if no Navigational Aid is associated with the destination airport, to arrive over the destination airport.
