5 緊急情況用語(yǔ)
5.1 遇險(xiǎn)或緊急通話的第一次通話時(shí),以“MAYDAY”開始表示遇險(xiǎn)信號(hào);以“PAN PAN”開始表示緊急信號(hào)。遇險(xiǎn)或緊急信號(hào)應(yīng)講三次,如“MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY”,或者“PAN PAN, PAN PAN, PAN PAN”。
5.2 遇險(xiǎn)或緊急呼叫通常應(yīng)在所使用的頻率上完成。遇險(xiǎn)呼叫通話應(yīng)在這個(gè)頻率上保持連續(xù),除非認(rèn)為轉(zhuǎn)換到另外的頻率上能提供更好的幫助。
5.3 在遇險(xiǎn)或緊急通話業(yè)務(wù)中,在其后的任何通話開始時(shí),也可使用遇險(xiǎn)和緊急信號(hào)(MAYDAY或PAN PAN)。
5.4 發(fā)給遇險(xiǎn)或緊急航空器的通話信息,管制單位應(yīng)將通話次數(shù)、長(zhǎng)度和內(nèi)容限制到情況所需要的最低程度。

5.5 遇險(xiǎn)或緊急通話時(shí),空中交通管制員應(yīng)使用鎮(zhèn)定、清楚、明確、自信的語(yǔ)音,并且每次只問(wèn)一條信息。語(yǔ)速應(yīng)比正常速度慢,避免不必要的重復(fù)。
