 (2)  
Install the inboard door.

 (a)  
Install the inboard door (1) with the sling assembly for the installation.

 (b)  
Put the end of the safety bar into the guide rail on the door.

 (c)  
Hold the door (1).

 (d)  
Install the hinge bolts (15) and the washers (11 and 14).

 (e)  
Engage the minimum necessary quantity of nuts (12) to install the cotter pin (13).

 (f)  
Use the minimum number of washers to keep a positive clearance of 0.01 to 0.06 inch between the nut and the mating surface.

 (g)  
Install the bonding jumper (9) with the washers (7) and the bolts (8 and 10).

 (h)  
Install the bushing (4) in the bracket.

 (i)  
Align the linkage rod with the clevis in the bracket.

 (j)  
Install the bolt (3), the washers (2 and 5) and the nut (6).

 (3)  Adjust the inboard door (AMM 32-14-00/501).

 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 A. This procedure has one task:
 (1)  
The examination of the door hinge assemblies and the linkage rod clevis for worn areas.

 B.
You must remove the inboard door to do the inspection.

Procedure

 (1)  
Remove the inboard door of the wheel well for the body landing gear (Ref 32-14-01/401).

 (2)  
Examine the inboard door hinge, the clevis bolts of the linkage rod, the bearings and the bushings for worn areas.

 (a)  
Measure the parts if it is necessary and compare the measured dimensions to the limit dimensions.

 (b)  
If the part is not in the tolerance, repair or replace it when it is necessary.

 (3)  Install the inboard door of the wheel well for the body landing gear (Ref 32-14-01/401).
