Conclusion
Strategy is concerned with the long-term direction and development of an organisation,
so all organisations are faced with the challenge of managing strategy. Strategic
Management is a very essential Human centered design process, which is also the main
task of SAC-2007, because even in fully automated companies strategies are developed
by human. Also for Company X , organisation structure should be based on human and
his integration to technology. The major conclusion that can be reached from the circles
in Table-1 and their relations is the fact that strategic management is the heart of a
company. That also means ‘ SURVIVAL’ for Company X.
