二、操縱系統故障
航空器操縱系統故障的處置程序:
1
．了解航空器操縱系統故障的情況及航空器駕駛員的意圖；
2
．利用雷達監控該航空器的飛行情況；
3
．調配有關航空器進行避讓；
4
．通知有關保障單位做好航空器備降機場的準備工作；
5
．向有關管制室通報該航空的故障情況；
6
．安排該航空器優先著陸；
7
．提供就近機場的資料和有關的飛行情報；
8
．航空器不能保持最低安全高度，又不能飛往就近機場著陸，航空器駕
員決定選擇場地迫降時，應當按照搜尋援救的程序進行工作；
9
．及時向主任管制員、管調、空管中心值班領導等報告。
