R  B. Disconnect the Galley Splitline 
R  NOTE : This procedure is only necessary if you must remove the galley____ 
R  from the cabin. 
R  NOTE : The galley splitline screws are painted red.____ 
R  (1) Disconnect the Splitline Electrical Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 407A/TASK 25-33-41-991-031) 
R  (a) Disconnect the electrical plug (154) from the connector (155). 
R  (b) Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors. 
R  (c) Remove the screws (153), the washers (152), the spacers (150) and 
R  loosen the clamps (151), as necessary. 
R  (2) Disconnect the Splitline Supply Connections 
R  (Ref. Fig. 406A/TASK 25-33-41-991-032) 
R  (a) Loosen the clamp (164) and disconnect the hose (165) from the 
R  sink (163). 
R  (b) Loosen the nut (171) and disconnect the hose of the fresh water 
R  system from the faucet (173). 
R  (c) Remove the nut (172) from the faucet (173). 
R  (d) Remove the faucet (173). 
R  (e) Loosen the clamp (167) and disconnect the ventilation hose (166) 
R  from the air-outlet (169). 
R  (f) Remove the nuts (168), the screws (170) and the air-outlets 
R  (169). 
R  (g) Disconnect the ring (161) of the control cable (162) from the 
R  drain valve (160). 
R  (h) Disconnect the other splitline supply connections, if necessary. 

 CES

R  (i) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends. 
R  (3) Disconnect the Galley at the Splitline 
R  (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-33-41-991-014-A) 
R  WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ 
R  DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY. 
R  (a) Remove the bolts (112) and the pelmet (111). 
R  (b) Remove the screws (114) and the upper side cover (113). 
R  (c) Remove the screws (124) and the upper side cover (123). 
R  (d) Remove the screws (120) and the washers (121). 
R  (e) Remove the screws (118) and the washers (117). 
R  (f) Remove the screws (119). 
R  (g) Remove the screws (116) and the washers (115). 
R  (h) Carefully disengage the upper section (110) from the middle 
R  section (122). 
R  (i) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area. 
R  (j) Remove the screws (126) and the washers (127). 
R  (k) Remove the screws (128). 
R  (l) Carefully disengage the middle section (122) from the lower 
R  section (125). 
R  (m) Remove the screws (131), the washers (132) and the plate (133). 
R  (n) Remove the screws (134) and the lower side panel (130). 
R  (o) Remove the screws (135) and the lower side panel (136). 
R  (p) Remove the screws (138), the washers (137) and the doors (139). 
R  (q) Remove the screws (141), the strips (142) and the doors (140). 
R  (r) Carefully lift the galley sections (110), (122) and (125) and 
R  remove them from the aircraft.
