Make sure that the placards of the retained/new components are in the correct position and in good condition.
(a) If necessary install new placards.

B. Installation of the FWD Wall Unit R (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 25-41-41-991-005-A)
(1)
Cut to length and put the new rubber strip (14) and the new rubber strip (15) in position on the floor panel.
(2)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001) to the bush (5) and to the new packing (6) and put them in position.
(3)
Put the FWD wall unit (12) in position and align the front panel (8) and the passage wall (7) to the floor panel.
(a) Install and tighten the screws (13).
(4)
Connect the structure fittings.
(a)
Apply the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001) to the bolts (1).
(b)
Install the bushes (3) and (2) and the bolts (1).
(c)
Apply STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-008) to the head of the bolts (1).
(d)
Install the wall fitting cover (4) as necessary.
(5)
Install the washers (10) and the screws (9) in the passage wall (7).
(6)
Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.

(7) Connect the electrical connector.
(a)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(b)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c) Connect the electrical connector (11).

C. Installation of the AFT Sidewall Assembly. R (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 25-41-41-991-004-A)
(1)
Cut to length and put the new rubber strip (12) in position.
(2)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001) to the bush (5) and to the new packing (6) and put them in position.
(3)
Put the AFT sidewall assembly (19) in position and install the screws (20).
(a)
Install the washers (10) and the screws (9).
(b)
Put the STEPLADDER 1.0 M (3.3 FT) in position.
(c)
Install the passage-wall attach screws (16) and the bracket attach screws (13).
(d)
Install the ceiling-panel attach screws (18) and the washers (17).
(e)
Put the angle (14) in position and install the screws (15).

(4) Connect the structure fittings

(a)
Get access to the lateral avionics compartment and:
-apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001) to the bolt (7),
-install the washer (8) and the bolt (7).
(b)
In the cabin:
-Apply the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001) to the bolts (1).
-Install the bushes (3) and (2) and the bolts (1).
-Apply STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-008) to the head of the bolts (1).
(c)
Install the covers (4).
(d)
Put the sealing angle (11) in position and install the washers
(10) and the screws (9).
(e)
Apply a bed of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) around the edges of the sealing angle (11).
(5) Connect the electrical connectors
CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(a) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.

Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c)
Connect the electrical wires of the electrical harness (24) to the terminal 7330VT (25) (Ref. ESPM 25-25-41).
