 1 Put the wires (6) in position and install the nuts (5).

 Put the cover (3) in position and install the screws (4). WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE.

_______ CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.

 Safety the screws (4) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

 Put the workbenches (41) and (42) in position on the galley module (32) and install the remaining screws (44).

 Install the L-profiles (37).

 (l)
 Put the divider panels (21) and (22) in position on the galley module (35) and install the screws (20).

 (m)
 Put the pelmet (18) in position on the galley module (31) and install the screws (19).

 (n)
 Put the extractor (28) in position and install the screws (29).

 (6) Seal the Splitline Joints of the Galley Unit
 (a) Remove the old sealant of the splitline joints with a nonmetallic-scraper.
 WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE_______ THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
 (b) Clean the splitline joints with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and a lint-free cloth.
 (c) Apply new BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A) into all the splitline joints.

R R  (b) Carefully put the galley modules (1), (4), (15) and (16) in position in the aircraft. 
R  (c) Install the screws (12) and the strips (13). 
R  (d) Install the screws (11) and the strips (10). 
R  (e) Install the screws (6) and (20) and the plates (5) and (21). 
R  (f) Install the screws (2) and the strips (3).

R  (a) Connect the ring (11) to the drain cable (10) and the drain valve

R  (b) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends. 
R  (c) Connect the drain pipe (6) to the sink (4) and install the clamp

R  (d) Connect the exhaust-air hose (3) to the manifold (1) and install 
R  the clamp (2). 
R  (e) Connect the drain pipe (9) to the pipe (7) and install the clamp 
R  (8). 
R  (f) Connect the potable water pipe (15) to the fittings (13) and 
R  tighten the nuts (14). 
R  (3) Connect the Splitline Electrical Connections

R  (a) Install the bolts (5), the washers (4) and the clamps (3). 
R  (b) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors. 
R  (c) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the

R  (d) Connect the elctrical connectors (2) to the receptacles (1). 
R  (e) Connect the electrical connectors (6) to the junction receptacle
