Apply the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-010) to the seals (48).

Put the protective tubing (47) in position on the seals (48).

Open the sanitary cabinet door (41).
(i)
Remove the blanking plugs and put the potable-water tube assembly
(42) in position. Install and tighten the connections (43) and (44).
(j)

(6) Connect the electrical connector R (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 25-41-41-991-017)

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(b)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector 7200VC-A (2).
(d)

Put the door step (8) in position and install the screws (7).

Torque the screws to between 0.37 and 0.42 m.daN (32.74 and 37.16 lbf.in).

Connect the toilet drain-line behind the lavatory (Ref. TASK 38-30-00-410-002).

Install the toilet assembly (Ref. TASK 38-31-41-400-001). Do not install the toilet shroud at this time.

D. Installation of Lavatory A
(1)
Assemble the lavatory. R (Ref. Fig. 409/TASK 25-41-41-991-022)
(a)
Put the lavatory subassemblies (108) and (111) in the center of the aircraft aisle.
(b)
Put the subassemblies together and install the washers (109) and the screws (110).
(c)
Install the washers (107) and the screws (106).
(d)
Install the screw (104) and the cap (105).
(e)
Put the lavatory assembly in position on the floorpan (100).
(f)
Install the washers (102), the screws (101) and the screws (103).
(2)
Connect the electrical connections. R (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 25-41-41-991-021)
(a) Remove the temporary attachment from the electrical cable assembly (84) and the junction box (90).

Carefully put the cable assembly and the junction box through the cut out in the lavatory ceiling (81).
(c)
Put the junction box (90) in position on the lavatory rear side-wall (82) and install the washers (89) and the screws (88).
(d)
Attach the electrical cable assembly (84) to the mounts (92) on the lavatory side-wall (82) with the new cable ties (91).
(e)
Carefully put the electrical cable assembly (87) through the opening in the lavatory rear side-wall (82).
(f)
Remove the blanking caps and connect the electrical cable (87) to the micro switch (86).
(g)
Put the micro switch in position and install the screws (85).
(3) Install the upper and lower attachments. R (Ref. Fig. 407/TASK 25-41-41-991-020)
(a)
Apply the COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004A) to the bolts (67) and (69).
