Remove the screw (9), the washers (7) and disconnect the bonding strap (8).

(a) Remove the screws (2) and the extractor (1).
R (3) Disconnect the Air Connections (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
(a) Remove the cable tie (11) and disconnect the hose (10) from the hose (12).
(b) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
R (4) Disconnect the Potable Water and Drain Connections (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
(a) Disconnect the pipes (4) from the pipes (3).
(b) Disconnect the ring (13) from the retainer (14) on the water drain valve (15).
(c) Disconnect the pipe (16) from the water spigot (20).
(d) Remove the nut (17) and the washer (18) from the water spigot (20).
(e) Remove the water spigot (20) from the ferrule (19).
(f) Remove the clamp (22) and disconnect the hose (23) from the sink (21).
(g) Disconnect the pipes (28) from the unions (27).
(h) Remove the clamps (25) and disconnect the hoses (24) from the water drains (26).
(i) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
R (5) Disconnect the Galley Splitline (Ref. Fig. 405B/TASK 25-31-41-991-020-A)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a) Remove the screws (29) from the galley modules (30) and (31).
(b) Remove the strips (32).
(c) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
(d) Carefully separate the galley modules (30) and (31) and remove
them from the aircraft.

R A. Removal of the Galley Unit
R (1) Remove all decorative material, if necessary.
R (2) Disconnect the electrical connections
R (Ref. Fig. 401C/TASK 25-31-41-991-038-B)
R (a) Loosen the screws (44) and remove the cover (43).
R CAUTION : MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU_______
R DISCONNECT THEM.
R IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU
R WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
R (b) Remove the nuts (45) and the wires (46).
R (c) Remove the bolt (47), the washer (48) and remove the clamps (49)
R and (50).
R (d) Remove the nut (51), the bolt (54), the washer (53) and the
R bonding strap (52).
R (e) Remove the nuts (41) and the clamps (40) and (42).
R (3) Disconnect the Galley Supply Connections
R (Ref. Fig. 402C/TASK 25-31-41-991-014-B)
R (a) Loosen the clamp (64) and disconnect the pipe (65) from the pipe
R (63).
R (b) Loosen the clamps (67) and disconnect the exhaust air hose (68)
R from the pipe (66).
R (c) Remove the screws (61) and (62) and the pelmet (60).
R (d) Loosen the clamp (79) and disconnect the pipe (69) from the
R T-fitting (73).

R (e) Loosen the clamp (71) nad disconnect the pipe (72) from the
R T-fitting (73).
R (f) Push the insulation of the waste water hose (77) up.
R (g) Loosen the clamps (76) and disconnect the waste water hose (77).
R (h) Push the insulation of the potable water pipe (74) up.
R (i) Loosen the nut (75) and disconnect the potable water pipe (74).
R (j) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
R (4) Remove the Upper Attachments

R (a) Remove the screws (2) and the pelmet (1).
R (b) Remove the quick-release pins (3) and disconnect the tie rods (4)
R from the A/C structure.
R (5) Remove the Lower Attachments
