Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

Install the new o-ring (6), to the APU fuel LP valve actuator (1).
(e)
Install the bonding strap (5) to a mounting stud (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(f)
Attach the APU fuel LP valve actuator (1) and the bonding strap
(5)
with the washers (4) and the self-locking nuts (3).

(g) TORQUE the self-locking nuts (3) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN
(61.94 and 70.79 lbf.in).
(h)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(i)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(j)
Connect the electrical connectors (2) to the APU fuel LP valve actuator (1).

Adaptor (P/N: A08900)
(a)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(b)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(c)
Put the adaptor (7) in position on the mounting studs.
(d)
Put the bonding strap (5) in position and install the washers (4) and the self-locking nuts (3) to the adaptor (7) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(e)
TORQUE the self-locking nuts (3) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN
(61.94 and 70.79 lbf.in).

Actuator (P/N: A08000)
(a)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(b)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(c)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(d)
Install the actuator (1) with the clamp (6) to the adaptor (7).
(e)
TORQUE the nuts of the clamp (6) to 0.13 m.daN (11.50 lbf.in).
(f)
Install the bonding strap (5) with the washer (4) and the nut (3) to the adaptor (7) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(g)
TORQUE the self-locking nuts (3) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN
(61.94 and 70.79 lbf.in).

(h)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(i)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
