4通知指揮中心、飛行服務報告室有關情況，要求消防急救到位待命，同時通報航空器機型、預計著陸時間及著陸方向；

5本場軍航有活動時，向其通報航空器無線電羅盤故障情況，申請機動空域，請求避讓。

6特情處置完畢后，在《塔臺不正常情況登記本》（詳見附件一）上做好特殊情況處置記錄。
