RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) at position Pin 13. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever into the uplock. Keep the rigging pin in position.

RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) at position Pin 14. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever in the frame. Keep the rigging pin in position.

PIN, RIGGING - RUDDER CONTROL (98A27901002000) at position Pin 15. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever and the support. Keep the rigging pin in position.

RIGGING PIN (98A32301000000) at position Pin 16. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever into the uplock. Keep the rigging pin in position.

RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) at positions Pin 2 and Pin 11. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the frame and the pulley. Keep the rigging pins in position.

RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) at positions Pin 3 and Pin 7. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever and the support. Keep the rigging pins in position.

RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) at positions Pin 4, Pin 6, Pin 8 and Pin
9. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever into the uplock. Keep the rigging pins in position.

RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208060) at position Pin 5. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever into the cut-out valve. Keep the rigging pin in position.
(5)
RIGGING PIN (98DNSA20208040) at position Pin 10. Make sure that the rigging pin goes through the lever into the valve. Keep the rigging pin in position.

(1)
At the pulleys make sure that:
-they are not loose, damaged or cracked
-
the pulley support brackets are attached correctly and are not cracked or damaged
-
the pulley shear pins (FR41) are not damaged or loose
-
the cable retaining pins are not damaged and are attached correctly.
(2)
At the rods make sure that:
-they are not loose, damaged or cracked
-the rod end fittings are tight and safetied.
(3)
At the torque shafts (FR43) make sure that:
-they are not damaged or cracked
-
the support brackets are not damaged and are attached correctly
-
the axial movement is less than 3.4 mm (0.1338 in.). NOTE : Permitted axial movement can include movement between the
____ floating bearings and the support bracket.

M. Removal of the Rigging Pins
(1)
Remove the RIGGING PIN at position Pin 12.
(2)
Remove the RIGGING PIN at position Pin 10.
(3)
Remove the RIGGING PIN at positions Pin 2, Pin 3, Pin 4, Pin 5, Pin 6, Pin 7, Pin 8, Pin 9 and Pin 11.
(4)
Remove the PIN, RIGGING - RUDDER CONTROL at position Pin 15.
(5)
Remove the RIGGING PIN at positions Pin 13, 14 and 16.
(6)
Remove the RIGGING PIN at position Pin 1.

Install the cabin floor panels 221AF, 221DF, 231AF, 231BF (Ref. TASK 53-12-12-400-001).
(5)
Install the cabin floor panel 232LF (Ref. TASK 53-22-12-400-001).
(6)
Install the cabin floor panels 242BF, 242GF, 242FF, 241EF, 241FF (Ref. TASK 53-32-12-400-002).
