DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
 (1) Apply a bead of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-053) at the intersection area between: - the retainers and the structure, - the retainers and the window panel to fill the remaining spaces.
R R R  NOTE : If you use PR1436GB-ND1/2 at 23deg.C, the application time is____ 1/2 hour and the cure time is 24 hours. If you use PR1436GB2-NA at 23deg.C, the application time is 2 hours and the cure time is 30 hours. If you use PR1436GB4-NA at 23deg.C, the application time is 4 hours and the cure time is 40 hours. If you use DAPCO 72 at 23deg.C, the application time is 1/4 hour and the cure time, for approximately 80% of the end cured properties, is 4 hours. 
R R  (2) If the sealant cure time is not sufficient before aircraft take off, do the procedure below:
 CAUTION : BEFORE YOU APPLY THE TAPE, MAKE SURE THAT THE SEALANT IS_______ NOT TACKY. IF IT IS TACKY, THE TAPE CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SEALANT.
 CAUTION : WHEN YOU APPLY THE TAPE, MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO_______ BUBBLES. THIS WILL HELP TO PREVENT THE REMOVAL OF THE TAPE DURING FLIGHT.
 (a) Put a strip of BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-052) on the intersection areas.
R R  NOTE : If you use PR1436GB-ND1/2 at 23deg.C, the sealant is not____ tacky after 10 hours. If you use PR1436GB2-NA at 23deg.C, the sealant is not tacky after 16 hours. If you use PR1436GB4-NA at 23deg.C, the sealant is not tacky after 28

R R  hours. If you use DAPCO 72 at 23deg.C, the sealant is not tacky after 40 minutes.
 (b) Do a visual check of the intersection areas between each flight.
 (c) Remove BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-052) after the sealant cure time. 
R R R  NOTE : During the flight, temperatures are less than 10deg.C and____ the sealants do not dry. The sealant cure times given above do not include the flight hours.
 (3) Remove the remaining sealant from the intersection area and make sure that the bead of sealant is continuous.
 (4) Clean the external surfaces of the structure with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-016) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003).

 F. Installation of the Lining Panels (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 56-11-12-991-023, 402/TASK 56-11-12-991-024)
 (1) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
 (2) Connect the sensor (11) to the receptacle (14).
 (3) Put the lining panel (8) in position.
 (4) Tighten the fasteners (2).
 (5) Install the washers (7) and the screws (6). Tighten the screws (6). 
R  (6) Install the lateral lining panel.
 (a) FOR 7DG1 Put the panel (5) in position, tighten the fasteners (4), install the screws (3) and tighten them.
 (b) FOR 7DG2 Put the panel 212KW in position and tighten the fasteners (1).
