R  (b) Remove the sliding window. 
R  (c) Remove the circlips (70) and (63). 
R  (d) Remove the nuts (69) and (64). 
R  (e) Remove the lower roller supports (71) and (62). 
R  NOTE : Record the location of the lower roller supports (62) and____ 
R  (71) on the sliding window frame. 
R  (f) Install the adjustment washers (67) and (66). 
R  (g) Make sure that the clearance J6 between the roller supports (62), 
R  (71) and the frame is 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.) to 4.5 mm (0.1771 in.) 
R  (h) Lubricate the lower roller supports (62) and (71) with COMMON 
R  GREASE (Material No. 04-004), then install them. 
R  (i) Install the nuts (69) and (64). TORQUE to between 0.6 and 0.7 
R  m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in) and safety with BONDING AND 
R  ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-002A). 
R  (j) Install the circlips (70) and (63). 
R  (k) Install the sliding window and close it.

R  (l) Make sure that the upper and lower peripheral clearances J4 on 
R  the Z axis are correct. If necessary do the adjustment procedure 
R  again. 
R  (3) Adjustment on the X axis : 
R  (a) Remove the circlip (59). 
R  (b) Loosen the nut (60). 
R  (c) Turn the eccentric (61) to get a correct peripheral clearance J4 
R  on the X axis. 
R  (d) TORQUE the nut (60) to between 0.4 and 0.5 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 
R  lbf.in) safety it with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material 
R  No. 08-002A). 
R  (e) Install the circlip (59). 
R  (f) Make sure that the peripheral clearance J4 on the X axis is 
R  correct. If necessary do the adjustment procedure again. 
R  (4) Adjustment of the latches (90). 
R  (a) Make sure that the sliding window is closed. 
R  (b) Make sure that the clearance J5 between the latches (90) and the 
R  locking pins (91) is 0 +0 +0.1 mm (0.0000 +0.0000 +0.0039 in.). 
R  (c) If the clearance J5 is not in the tolerance, turn the eccentric 
R  of the locking pins (91) on the frame. 
R  (5) Temporary installation of the aft upper rail. 
R  (Ref. Fig. 403/TASK 56-12-11-991-032) 
R  (a) Install the aft upper rail (56), the bolts (54), (55) and the 
R  nuts (57). Do not tighten the nuts (57).

R  (1) Put the sliding window on the frame to get the peripheral clearance 
R  J4 of 1.4 +1 -1 mm (0.0551 +0.0393 -0.0393 in.). 
R  (2) Adjustment on the Z axis: 
R  (a) From points 1 to 11 measure the upper peripheral clearance and 
R  the lower peripheral clearance. To get the peripheral clearance 
R  J4 on the Z axis, use the adjustment washer (66) and the 
R  adjustment washer (67) of the correct thickness, related to the 
R  roller supports (62) and (71). 
R  (b) Remove the sliding window. 
R  (c) Release the lockwashers (82) and (84). 
R  (d) Remove the circlips (70) and (63). 
R  (e) Remove the nuts (69) and (64). 
R  (f) Remove the lockwashers (82) and (84) and discard them. 
R  (g) Remove the lower roller supports (71) and (62). 
R  NOTE : Record the location of the lower roller supports (62) and____ 
R  (71) on the sliding window frame. 
R  (h) Install the adjustment washers (67) and (66).
