 (2) For the glass fixed window (PPG supplier, P/N NP...) make sure that the out-of-flush clearance between the window and the frame is: - for A1: 0 +0.5 -0.5 mm (0.0000 +0.0196 -0.0196 in.).

 (3) For the glass fixed window (SPS supplier, P/N SPSA...) make sure that the out-of-flush clearance between the window and the frame is:

 (1) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-053) in the intersection area between the retainers and the structure to fill the remaining spaces.
 NOTE : For the sealant cure time, refer to the supplier technical

 Remove the remaining sealant from the intersection area and make sure that the bead of sealant is continuous.

 Clean the external surfaces of the structure with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003) and MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003)

R (a) FOR 7DG1 Put the panel (5) in position, tighten the fasteners (4), install the screws (3) and tighten them.
R (b) FOR 7DG2 Put the panel 212KW in position and tighten the fasteners (1).
