Lubricate the lower roller supports (71) and (62) with COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-004), and install them.

Install the new lockwasher (82) and new lockwasher (84).

Install the nuts (69) and (64). TORQUE to between 0.6 and 0.7 m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in).

Install the circlips (70) and (63).
(n)
Install the sliding window and close it.
(o)
Make sure that the upper and lower peripheral clearances J1 on the Z axis are correct. If necessary do the adjustment procedure again.
(3) Adjustment on the X axis:
(a)
Remove the circlip (59).
(b)
Loosen the nut (60).
(c)
Turn the eccentric (61) to get a correct peripheral clearance J1 on the X axis.
(d)
TORQUE the nut (60) to between 0.4 and 0.5 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 lbf.in) safety it with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-002A).
(e)
Install the circlip (59).
(f)
Make sure that the peripheral clearance J1 on the X axis is correct. If necessary do the adjustment procedure again.

Adjustment of the latches (90).
(a)
Make sure that the sliding window is closed.
(b)
Make sure that the clearance J2 between the latches (90) and the locking pins (91) is 0 +0 +0.1 mm (0.0000 +0.0000 +0.0039 in.)
(c)
If the clearance J2 is not in the tolerance, turn the eccentric of the locking pins (91) on the frame.

(a) Install the upper guide rail (56), the bolts (54), (55) and the nuts (57). Do not tighten the nuts (57).

Close the sliding window. Make sure that the window moves easily.
(2)
Make sure that the out-of-flush A between the sliding window and the frame is:

0 +0.4 -2.4 mm (0.0000 +0.0157 -0.0944 in.) at points 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11 for the acrylic sliding window (LUCAS/ACT supplier, P/N NH...) and for the glass sliding window (PPG supplier, P/N NP...).
-
0 +0.6 -2.0 mm (0.0000 +0.0236 -0.0787 in.) at points 1, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11 for the glass sliding window (SPS supplier, P/N SPS...).
-
0 +0.4 -2.0 mm (0.0000 +0.0157 -0.0787 in.) at points 2, 4, 7 and
9.
NOTE : Make sure that the difference between the smallest and the
____ largest value at points 2, 4, 7 and 9 is not more than 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.).
(3) If the out-of-flush A is not correct, adjust as follows:
(a)
Release the lockwashers (81) and (83).
(b)
Remove the circlips (63), (70), (79) and (80).
(c)
Loosen the nuts (64), (69).

(d)
Remove the nuts (72), (78).
(e)
Remove the lockwashers (81) and (83) and discard them.
(f)
Install new lockwasher (81) and new lockwasher (83).
(g)
Install the nuts (72), (78).
(h)
Turn the eccentrics (65), (69), (73) and (74) to get the out-of-flush A.
(i)
TORQUE the nuts (64), (69), (72) and (78) to between 0.6 and 0.7 m.daN (53.09 and 61.94 lbf.in).
(j)
Safety them with the lockwashers (81), (82), (83) and (84).
(k)
Install the circlips (63), (70), (79) and (80).
(4) Adjustment of the latches (90).
(a)
Make sure that the sliding window is closed.
(b)
Make sure that the clearance J2 between the latches (90) and the locking pins (91) is 0 +0 +0.1 mm (0.0000 +0.0000 +0.0039 in.)
(c)
