 TORQUE the nuts (30) in the attachment holes in this order: 44, 43, 45, 42, 46, 41, 47, 40, 48, 39, 49, 38, 50, 37, 51, 36, 52, 35, 53, 34, 54.

 1 For the acrylic sliding windows (LUCAS/ACT supplier, P/N
_ NH...), TORQUE to between 0.27 and 0.30 m.daN (23.89 and 26.54 lbf.in).
 2 For the glass sliding windows (PPG supplier, P/N NP...) TORQUE
_ to between 0.30 and 0.35 m.daN (26.54 and 30.97 lbf.in).
 (i) Remove the two pins and install the screws (32) and the nuts (30).

 Do not loosen the nuts (30). Do a check of the torque on the forward edge of the sliding window panel in this order: 44, 43, 45, 42, 46, 41, 47, 40, 48, 39, 49, 38, 50, 37, 51, 36, 52, 35, 53, 34, 54.

 (k)
 TORQUE the remaining nuts (30) in the attachment holes in this order: 55, 33, 56, 32, 57, 31, 58, 30, 29, 59, 28, 27, 60, 26, 25, 61, 24, 23, 22, 62, 21, 20, 63, 19, 18, 17, 1, 16, 2, 15, 3, 14, 4, 13, 5, 12, 6, 11, 7, 10, 8, 9.

 (l)
 Hold the nuts (30) with the WRENCH, REMOVAL - SLIDING WINDOW (98D56103002200) at position 17 and the WRENCH, REMOVAL - SLIDING WINDOW (98D56103002201) at position 18 and TORQUE the screws (32).

 1_ For the acrylic sliding windows (LUCAS/ACT supplier, P/N
 NH...) TORQUE to between 0.27 and 0.30 m.daN (23.89 and 26.54
 lbf.in).
 2_ For the glass sliding windows (PPG supplier, P/N NP...) TORQUE
 to between 0.30 and 0.35 m.daN (26.54 and 30.97 lbf.in).

 1 For the acrylic sliding windows (LUCAS/ACT supplier, P/N
_ NH...) TORQUE to between 0.324 and 0.36 m.daN (28.67 and 31.85 lbf.in).
 2 For the glass sliding windows (PPG supplier, P/N NP...) TORQUE
_ to between 0.36 and 0.42 m.daN (31.85 and 37.16 lbf.in).
 (2) Installation of the glass sliding window panel (SPS supplier, P/N SPS...). (Ref. Fig. 419/TASK 56-12-11-991-073)
 (a)
 Use 2 suction cups to move and hold the sliding window panel (32) in position during installation in its frame.

 (b)
 Put the sliding window panel (32) in position in its housing.

 (c)
 Move the frame of the sliding window to the closed position.

 (d)
 Install four screws (30) at the four corners of the frame.

 (e)
 Move the frame of the sliding window to the open position.

 (f)
 Do a check of the interface clearance C between the sliding window panel (31) and the frame (33). (Ref. Fig. 420/TASK 56-12-11-991-074)

 Install all the screws (30) and the washers (31) and tighten the screws (30) with your hand.

 In a staggered pattern, initially TORQUE the screws (30) to 0.2 m.daN (17.69 lbf.in).

 (i)
 In a staggered pattern, finally TORQUE the screws (30) to between

 0.30 and 0.40 m.daN (26.54 and 35.39 lbf.in).

 C. Check of the Clearance
 (Ref. Fig. 420/TASK 56-12-11-991-074)

 (1)
 Make sure that the sliding window is open.

 (2)
 Do a check of the interface clearance C between the sliding window panel (31) and the frame (33).

 NOTE : The clearance C (through and edge-clearance) between the
____ window frame and the window panel, shows a defect in the flat surfaces of the panel and the frame. The edge-clearance location is at the window panel/frame edge. The through-clearance is an edge-clearance that continues through the frame.
 (a) Make sure that the clearance C is:
 1 For the acrylic sliding window (LUCAS/ACT supplier, P/N NH...)
_
 -before amendment C, through-clearance C of 0.4 mm (0.0157 in.)
 -after amendment C, through-clearance C of 1 mm (0.0393 in.) maximum.
 2 For the glass sliding window (PPG supplier, P/N NP...)
_
 -through-clearance C of 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.)
 -edge-clearance C of 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.).
