 Turn the steering wheel as quickly as possible (counterclockwise) to the left side stop position and hold.

 (a)  
Make sure that the total time necessary for the nose landing gear to move (which is from the centered position to the stop position) is not more than 6 seconds.

 (b)  
Make sure that there is no sign of chatter or an irregular operation.

 Release the steering wheel.

 Move the nose landing gear to the right side and repeat steps (11) and (12).
