S 422-024
(1)
Install the new O-ring on the connector at the bottom of the shutoff valve.
S 842-025
(2)
Put a new seal plate over the ports of the module.
S 422-026
(3)
Put the shutoff valve over the seal plate and install the four capscrews.
(a)
Tighten the capscrews to a torque of 95 to 100 pound-inches.
S 722-027
(4)
Do a test on the control module.
(a)
Pressurize hydraulic system B (AMM 29-15-00/201).
(b)
Close the circuit breakers that follow on the P6 panel: 1) All the antiskid system circuit breakers 2) All the circuit breakers of the landing gear system 3) AUTOBRAKE CONTR 4) AUTO SPEED BRAKE
(c)
Open the circuit breakers that follow on the P6 panel. 1) AUTOSLAT NO. 1 AC. (On airplanes with the Digital Stall
Warning and Autoslat Computers) 2) AUTOSLAT NO. 1 DC. 3) AUTOSLAT NO. 2 AC. (On airplanes with the Digital Stall
Warning and Autoslat Computers) 4) AUTOSLAT NO. 2 DC.
(d)
Put the ANTISKID switch on the P2 panel to the ON position.
(e)
Push and hold the ABS button on the front of the antiskid module (E3-2 Shelf).
NOTE: If any of the steps that follow are not done in the
____ specified time limit, the system will disarm. If this happens, you must start the test at this step.
(f)
Put the AUTO BRAKE selector switch at position 1.
(g)
In 15 seconds of the last step, put the handle of the automatic speed brake to the ARMED position.
(h)
In 15 seconds of the last step, put the handle of the automatic speed brake to the DOWN (stowed) position.
(i)
In 15 seconds of the last step, move the two throttles forward.
(j)
In 15 seconds of the last step, move the two throttles back.

(k)
After 57 seconds, make sure the ABS light (on the antiskid module) and the AUTO BRAKE DISARM light (on the P2-2 panel) flash.
(l)
Release the TEST switch on the front side of the antiskid module.
(m)
After 5 seconds, lightly push the right brake pedal.
1) Make sure the AUTO BRAKE DISARM light comes on continuously.
(n)
Do a check on the hydraulic connection to the solenoid valve for leaks.
(o)
Put the AUTO BRAKE selector switch to the OFF position.
(p)
Set the parking brake.
(q)
Close the AUTOSLAT circuit breakers on the P6 panel.
(r)
Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system B (AMM 29-15-00/201).
