D. Procedure

(1)
Install the new O-ring and the backup rings on the pressure switch.
(a)
Lubricate the O-ring and backup rings with BMS 3-11 during installation.

Install the pressure switch in the module.
(a)
Tighten the switch to a torque of 90 to 110 pound-inches.

Do a test on the pressure switch.
(a)
Do a check on the switch connector receptacle between pins 2 and 3 for continuity.
(b)
Install the electrical plug and the lockwire.
(c)
Do a test on the control module (Ref 32-43-01/501).

Pressurize hydraulic system B (AMM 29-15-00/201).

Set the parking brake.
(6)
Remove the pressure from hydraulic system B (AMM 29-15-00/201).
(7)
Close the AUTOBRAKE CONTR circuit breaker on the P6-3 panel.

Remove the electrical power if it is not needed (AMM 24-22-00/201).
