CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE OR DAMAGE THE WING GEAR TRUCK
_______ SENSORS OR TARGET BRACKET. IF THE TARGET BRACKET OR SENSORS ARE MOVED, THEN THE AIRPLANE SYSTEMS MAY NOT RECOGNIZE AN IN-AIR CONDITION.
(1)
If the sensor or target bracket is moved or damaged, then do the task to measure the wing landing gear truck sensor clearance (AMM 32-61-22/201).

Examine the structural attach points for permitted worn areas (AMM 32-11-14/601).

Put the lower torsion link on the truck lugs until the apex will be inboard of the upper link (Fig. 401).

Lubricate the threads of the lower link attach bolt (16, Fig. 403), the nut (14), and the washer (13) with grease.

Install the bolt (16) from the inboard side as shown on Fig. 403.

Install the washer (13) and the nut (14).

Use the spanner wrench to tighten the nut (14) 960 to 1200 pound-inches.
(b)
Loosen the nut if it is necessary to align to the nearest castellation and install the lockbolt (15).

NOTE: IF you move the lockbolt nut, the putty will break.

Align the holes and install the bolt (4, Fig. 401) to install the upper torsion link (3, Fig. 401) on the outer cylinder.

Install the truck lock assembly (5) on the upper torsion link (3) (AMM 32-11-23/401).

Install the shim (6, Fig. 401), the nut (7) on the bolt (4).

Tighten the nut (7) 980 to 1200 pound-inches.

Loosen the nut if it is necessary to align to the nearest castellation and install the lockbolt (8).
