NOTE : Make sure that you replace the damaged pre-mod seals with the
____ applicable post-mod seals (Ref. SIL 51-008). If a Service Bulletin (SB) is referred to, you must fully embody the applicable SB, before you install the post-mod seal.

If you must install a new wing seal profile
(Ref. Fig. 410/TASK 53-35-11-991-004)
(a)
Put the wing seal profile (5) and the seal retainer (7) in position at the panel (3).
(b)
Install the screws (9), the washers (8) and the nuts (6).
(5)
Do an inspection of the bonded seals of the panels 191BT (192BT) and 191CT (192CT) for condition. If a seal is defective, do the subsequent repair procedure.

A. Preparation for Installation:
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Examine the fuselage seal profiles (4), the wing seal profiles (5) and/or the seals type 'P' (10), as applicable, for damage.
NOTE : Make sure that you replace the damaged pre-mod seals with the

(4) Prepare the panels 191DT (192DT)

NOTE : The procedure step (5) is only applicable for the first
____ installation of the panels 191DT (192DT).
(a)
Prepare the foam shim. See view 'B'.
(b)
Apply BONDING COMPOUND PQ10054.040 (Caf.4) to the faces bonded to the seal.
(c)
Install the foam shim in the area between the double lip seal and the seal type 'P'.
(d)
Press the double lip seal together and attach it with tape.
(e)
Let it dry for a half hour.
(f)
Remove the tape.

If you must install a new wing seal profile:

(a)
