G. Installation of the Access Panel 193AB (194AB)
 (Ref. Fig. 413/TASK 53-35-11-991-020)

 (1)
 Make sure, that the flaps are retracted (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

 (2)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (4)
 Put the access panel (7) in its correct installation position.

 (5)
 Install the screws (3) in the lower area of the access panel (7), which you can see.

 (6)
 Install the screws (5) in the lower clip assy (4).

 (7)
 Extend the flaps sufficiently to install the screws (3) at the upper side of the access panel (7) (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).

 (8)
 Install the screws (5) in the upper clip assy (6).

 (9)
 Install the screws (3) in the upper area of the access panel (7).

 (10)
 Make sure, that all the screws of the access panel (7) are installed.

 (11)
 TORQUE the screws (3) to between 3.5 and 4.5 m.daN (25.81 and 33.18 lbf.ft).

 (12)
 TORQUE the screws (5) to between 3.5 and 4.5 m.daN (25.81 and 33.18 lbf.ft).

 (13)
 Put the sealing panel (1) in its correct installation position.

 (14)
 Install the sealing panel (1) with the screws (2).

 (15)
 TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).

 (16)
 Fill out the gaps with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) to get a smooth contour.

 A. Removal the Blowout Panel and Fittings:
 (1)
 Remove the blowout panel (1):

 (a)
 Open the blowout panel (1). NOTE : To open the blowout panel, you must push the panel by hand

____ from the rear of the quick-release access panel 192KB. When the blowout panel is open, the compression of the spring is released.

 (b)
 Disengage the retaining ring (2) and remove the pin (3).

 (c)
 Remove the nut (4), the washer (5) and disconnect the bonding strap (6).

 (d)
 Install the washer (5) and tighten by hand the nut (4).

 (e)
 Disengage the retaining rings (8) and remove the pins (9) from the two hinge assemblies (10).
