 (16) and remove the pin (17).
 NOTE : When you remove the pin (17), you can remove the

____ compression spring (14) and the guide fitting (15) from the spring support (18).
 (3) If you must remove the hinge assemblies (10) and/or the mounting bracket (11):
 (a) Remove the nuts (4), the washers (5) and the screws (7).

 If you must remove the hinge bracket assembly (19):

 Remove the nuts (20), the washers (21) and the screws (22) that attach the rods (34) to the hinge bracket assembly (19).

 Remove the nuts (24), the washers (25), the screws (26) and the bonding strap (6).

 (c)
 Remove the hinge bracket assembly (19).

 If you must remove the spring-support bracket assembly (27):

 Remove the nuts (28), the washers (29), the screws (30) and the rods (34).

 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 B. Installation of the Blowout Panel and Fittings:
 (1)
 Install the spring-support bracket assembly (27).

 (a)
 Put the spring-support bracket assembly (27) in position and install and tighten the screws (33), the washers (32) and the nuts (31).

 (b)
 Put the rods (34) in position and install and tighten the screws (30), the washers (29) and the nuts (28).

 (2)
 Install the hinge bracket assembly (19):

 (a)
 Put the hinge bracket assembly (19) and bonding strap (6) in position and install and tighten the screws (26), washers (25) and the nuts (24). Repair the damage to the bonding point protective coating (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

 (b)
 Put the rods (34) in position and install and tighten the screws (22), the washers (21) and the nuts (20).

 (3)
 Install the spring assembly (23):

 (a)
 Make sure that the spring guide (13) and the spring adjust nut
