 Make sure, that the flaps are retracted (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).

 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 Install the slide panel (8) to the access panel (3).

 (5)
 Put the access panel (3) in its correct installation position.

 (6)
 Put the cable (12) in position around the drive trunnion (9) of the inboard flap and attach it to the slide panel (8) with the screws (13).

 (7)
 TORQUE the screws (13) to between 0.40 and 0.45 m.daN (35.39 and

 39.82 lbf.in).

 Install the screws (5) in the lower clip assy (6).

 (9)
 Install the screws (4) in the lower side of the access panel (3), which you can see.

 Extend the flaps sufficiently to attach the upper side of the access panel (3) and the sealing panel (1) (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).

 Install the screws (5) in the upper clip assy (7).

 Install the screws (4) in the upper side of the access panel (3).

 Make sure, that all the screws of the access panel (3) are installed.

 (14)
 TORQUE the screws (4) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).

 (15)
 TORQUE the screws (5) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).

 (16)
 Make sure, that the gap between the drive trunnion (14) and the slide panel (8) is between 3.0 mm (0.1181 in.) and 9.0 mm (0.3543 in.).

 (17)
 Put the sealing panel (1) in its correct installation position.

 (18)
 Install the sealing panel (1) to the access panel (3) with the screws (2).

 (19)
 TORQUE the screws (2) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).

 (20) Fill out the gaps with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) to get a smooth contour. **ON A/C ALL

 Align the anchor nuts of the reinforcement hook plate (11) with the holes of the slide panel (8).

 Attach the reinforcement hook plate (11) to the slide panel (8) with the screws (10) and the bushes (9).

 Install the screws (5) in the lower clip assy (6).

 Install the screws (4) in the lower side of the access panel (3),
 which you can see.

 Extend the flaps sufficiently to attach the upper side of the access panel (3) and the sealing panel (2) (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).

 Install the sealing panel (2) to the access panel (3) with the screws (1).

 TORQUE the screws (1) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).

 Fill out the gaps with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) to get a smooth contour.
