Put the sealing (7) and the filler (3) in the installation position.

(1) For the fairing panels 191BT (192BT), 191CT (192CT), 191ET (192ET), 147CB, 148DB and 191LB (192LB):
NOTE : Fairings 193AT and 194AT are part of the Offwing Escape
____ Slides. Before you try to install these fairings (Ref. TASK 25-62-42-400-001).
(a)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(b)
Put the fairing panel (3) in position.
(c)
Install the screws (1) and the washers (2).
(d)
TORQUE the screws to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).
(2)
For the fairing panels 191DT (192DT):
(a)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(b)
Put the fairing panel (3) in position.
(c)
Install the screws (1) and the washers (2).
(d)
TORQUE the screws to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).
(e)
Install the Emergency Overwing Lights (Ref. TASK 33-51-15-400-001)
(3)
For all the fairing panels:
(a)
Make sure that the seal profiles of the fairing panels (3) correctly touch the fuselage and/or the wing skins.
(b)
Examine the fuselage seal profiles (4), the wing seal profiles
(5) and/or the seals type 'P' (10), as applicable.

E. Installation of the Root Fillet Fairing of the Fairing Panel 191BT
(192BT)
(Ref. Fig. 411/TASK 53-35-11-991-017)
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
If necessary, remove the old sealants from the mating surface of the root fillet fairing and the fairing panel 191BT (192BT).
(4)
Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) to the mating surface of the root fillet fairing (1).
(5)
Put the root fillet fairing (1) in the installation position.
(6)
Install the screws (3), (5) and the washers (2).
(7)
TORQUE the screws (3), (5) to between 35 and 40 lbf.in (0.39 and 0.45 m.daN).
(8)
Install the plugs (4) with SILICONE SEALANTS RTV 3145, GREY in the root fillet fairing (1).
(9)
Fill the plugged fastener holes and any gaps between the root fillet fairing (1) and the fairing panel 191BT (192BT) with SILICONE SEALANTS RTV 3145, GREY to make a smooth surface contour.
