(9) Cut the ends of the sealing profiles (1) and (8) to make a mitre.
(10) Bond the sealing profiles (1) and (8) to the frames FR 80 and FR 84 with the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-006).
NOTE : Obey the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.

Put the sealing profiles (9) into position and make a mark at the ends.
(12)
Cut the ends of the sealing profiles (9) to make a mitre.
(13)
Bond the ends of the sealing profiles (9) to the ends of the sealing profiles (1) and (8) with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-006).
(14)
Bond the sealing profiles (9) to the structure with the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-006).
(15)
Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013) to the rivets (11) and the fasteners (10).
(16)
Install the sealing strips (2), (3), (4) and (5) to the structure with the rivets (11).
(17)
Install the fasteners (10), the washers (7) and the nuts (6).
(18)
Fill the bottom of the frame FR 80 up to the sealing profile top and 200 mm (7.8740 in.) to the two sides from the frame centre with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).
(19)
Apply a layer of the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-003) to the sealant.

D. Replacement of the Sealant at the Corners
(1)
Remove the old sealant and clean the corner surface with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-003).
(2)
Fill up the joggles at the four corners of the door with SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) and make the surface smooth.
(3)
Let the sealant cure.

E. Replacement of the Strut Bracket of the Access Door
(1) If the bracket is damaged, replace it as follows:
(a)
Replace the pip-pin (32).
(b)
Remove the nut (19), the bolt (21) and the door strut (22).
(c)
Remove the screws (16), (17), the washers (15), (18) and the brackets (14), (20).
(d)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the screws (16), (17), to the washers (15), (18) and to the bolt (21).
(e)
Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013) to the mating surfaces of the door strut bracket (20) and the bracket (14).
(f)
Install the replacement door strut bracket (20) and the bracket
(14) with the screws (16), (17) and the washers (15), (18).
(g)
Install the door strut (22) with the bolt (21) and the nut (19).
(h)
Apply the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016) to the screws (16), (17) to the washers (15), (18), to the bolt (21) and to the nut (19).

(1) If you replace the APU access door, do the subsequent:
(a)
Release the pip-pin (32).
(b)
Remove the nut (19) , the bolt (21) and the access door strut (22).
(c)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the bolt (21).
(d)
Install the access door strut (5) with the bolt (6) and the nut
