R (2) Remove the joint assembly (48) from the locking shaft as follows:
R (a) Remove the two barrel lock assemblies (30) (Ref. para. B.(1)).
R (b) Remove the nuts (42) and the bolts (44) to disconnect the flange
R bearing (43) from the Bulk cargo door.
R (c) Disconnect the push rod (24) from the main lever (66) (Ref. para.
R A.(1)(f)).
R (d) Disconnect the spring element (73) from the lever (77) (Ref.
R para. C.(3).
R (e) Move the locking shaft laterally until the end of the joint
R assembly (48) comes free from the bulk door structure.
R (f) Remove the flange (45) and the flange bearing (43) from the joint
R assembly (48).
R (g) Remove the nuts (50), the washers (51) and the bolts (52) to
R disconnect the joint assembly (48) from the torque tube (53)
R and/or (78).
R (h) Pull the joint assembly (48) from the torque tube (53) and/or
R (78) and remove it from the structure of the Bulk cargo door.
R (3) Remove the main lever (66) from the locking shaft as follows:
R (a) Remove the two barrel lock assemblies (30) (Ref. para. B.(1)).
R (b) Remove the two joint assemblies (48) (Ref. para. B.(2)).
R (c) Disconnect the spring element (73) from the lever (77) (Ref.
R para. C.(2)(f)).
R (d) Disconnect the push rod (24) from the main lever (66) (Ref. para.
R A.(1)(f)).
R (e) Remove the nuts (50), the washers (51) and the bolts (52) to
R disconnect the torque tubes (53),(67) from the main lever (66).
R (f) Move the torque tube (53) to the left to remove it from the main
R lever (66).
R (g) Move the torque tube (67) to the right and remove it from the
R main lever (66).

R (h) Remove the main lever (66) from the bulk door structure.
R (4) Remove the lever (77) from the locking shaft as follows:
R (a) Remove the two barrel lock assemblies (30) from the locking shaft
R (refer to para. B.(1)).
R (b) Remove the two joint assemblies (48) from the locking shaft
R (refer to para. B.(2)).
R (c) Disconnect the spring element (73) from the lever (77) (refer to
R para. C.(2)(f)).
R (d) Disconnect the push rod (24) from the main lever (66) (refer to
R para. A.(1)(f).
R (e) Remove the nuts (50), the washers (51) and the bolts (52) to
R disconnect the torque tubes (67),(78) from the lever (77).
R (f) Move the torque tube (67) to the left and disconnect it from the
R lever (77).
R (g) Move the torque tube (78) to the right and disconnect it from the
R lever(77).
R (h) Remove the lever (77) from the bulk door structure.
R (5) Remove the torque tubes (53),(67),(78) and the related flange
R bearings (57),68) as follows:
R (a) Remove the two barrel lock assemblies (30) from the locking shaft
R (refer to para. B.(1)).
R (b) Remove the two joint assemblies (48) from the locking shaft
R (refer to para. B.(2)).
R (c) Disconnect the main lever (66) from the torque tubes (53),(67)
R (refer to para. B .(3)).
R (d) Disconnect the lever (77) from the torque tubes (67),(78) (refer
R to para. B.(4)).
R (e) Remove the Jo-bolt rivets (54) to disconnect the limit stop (55)
R from the torque tube (53).
