6_ Remove and discard the lockwire (121) from the detention rod
(107) used to set it under compression.
(4) Install the attachment sheet (114) as follows:
(a) Put the flange bearing (112) in position on the attachment sheet
(114) and attach it with the bolts (113), the washers (115) and
the nuts (116).
(b) Put the attachment sheet (114) in position to the door frame
(109) and attach it with the screws (111) and the washers (110).

R (Ref. Fig. 401B/TASK 52-33-21-991-001-A)
R (1) Install the detent assy (9) and/or the push rod (24) as follows:
R (a) Connect the push rod (24) to the main lever (66) as follows:
R NOTE : Make sure that the locking shaft is in the locked____
R position.
R 1_ Put the push rod (24) and the related bushes (61),(62) to the
R main lever (66).
R 2_ Install the bolt (59) together with the washer (60), the
R washer (63) and the nut (64) and tighten.
R 3_ Safety the nut (64) with the new cotter pin (65).
R (b) Put the push rod (24) in the position at the lever assembly (7)
R as follows:
R NOTE : Make sure that the locking shaft is in the unlocked____
R position and the internal door handle (23) is in the
R locked position.
R 1_ Install the bushes (25),(26) on the fork end of the lever
R assembly (7).
R 2_ Turn the door handle (1) or (23) to the unlocked position so
R that the lever assembly (7) engages with the push rod (24).

R 3_ If the attachment holes of these components do not align,
R adjust the length of the push rod (24) (Ref. TASK 52-33-11-
R 820-002).
R (c) Install the detent assy (9) as follows:
R 1_ Put the detent assy (9) and the bushes (10),(11) in position
R on the structure of the Bulk cargo door.
R 2_ Install the bolt (15), the washers (14) and the nut (13).
R 3_ Tighten the nut (13) and safety it with the new cotter pin
R (12).
R 4_ Put the detent assy (9) in position on the lever assembly (7)
R and install the bolt (8), the washers (6) and the nut (5).
R NOTE : If you can not install the bolt (8), operate the____
R internal door handle (23) as required.
R 5_ Tighten the nut (5) and safety it with the new cotter pin (4).
R 6_ Remove and discard the lockwire (29) from the detent assy (9)
R to set it under compression.
R (2) Install the internal door handle (23) and the related flange bearing
R (17) as follows:
R (a) Install the flange bearing (17) on the lever assembly (7) and
R attach it with the bolts (16) and the nuts (19) to the attachment
R plate (18).
R (b) Put the internal door handle (23) on the lever assembly (7) and
R make sure that their holes align.
R (c) Install the bolt (22), the washer (21) and the nut (20) and
R tighten.
R (3) Install the external door handle (1) to the handle housing (3) as
R follows:
R (a) Install the spring (2) and the external door handle (1) into the
R handle housing (3).
R (b) Press the external door handle (1) inboards until its hook
