1. 機場使用規定 1. Airport operations regulations
a. 禁止未安裝二次雷達應答機的航空器起
降；
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;
b. 所有技術試飛需事先申請，并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and conducted only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過地面管制申請引導車和拖車服
務；
a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Ground Control;
b. 禁止航空器在滑行道上做180 度轉彎； b. 180°turnaround on TWY is strictly forbidden for all aircraft;
c. 使用RWY36L 離場的航空器，由L 滑
行道進入跑道時，必須在L2 和L1 等待
位置等待并得到空中交通管制員的允許
方可繼續滑行。
c. Aircraft departing from RWY 36L shall hold at Holding
Positions L2 and L1 for ATC clearance, and may keep on
taxiing only after such clearance has been obtained.
d. 每日0001－1200(UTC)，地面管制分為
東地面管制和西地面管制，詳見ZBAA
AD2.24-2。
d. Ground control is divided into east and west ground control
from 0001-1200 daily, see ZBAA AD2.24-2 for details.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 離場飛行的航空器，在推出開車前必須
聯系機場放行管制申請放行許可。空中
交通管制放行許可的申請不早于發動機
開車前10 分鐘進行；
a. Departing aircraft shall contact Aerodrome Delivery Control
for departure clearance not earlier than 10 minutes prior to
push-out for engine start-up;
b. 進、出5 號、8 號和進入4 號停機坪的
航空器須由引導車引導；
b. Aircraft shall be guided by a follow-me vehicle for entry
