ZGGG AD 2.20 本場飛行規定 ZGGG AD 2.20 Local traffic regulations
1. 機場使用規定 1. AD operations regulations
a. 禁止未安裝二次雷達應答機的航空器起
降;
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;
b. 協和式、AN-124 及直升機需到本場飛
行時,應提前向機場管理部門聯系,按
指定位置滑行和停放;
b. Concorde, AN-124 and helicopter shall contact airport
management authority in advance when there is a need for
local flight, and shall taxi and park as designated;
c. 所有技術試飛需事先申請,并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
c. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and conducted only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過地面管制申請引導車和拖車服
務;
a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Ground Control;
b. 禁止航空器在跑道上做180 度轉彎; b. 180°turnaround on RWY is forbidden for all aircraft;
c. 在滑行道內滑行速度一般不得超過30
千米/小時;在障礙物附近滑行,速度
應當減到15 千米/小時以下;
c. Normally, taxi speed on taxiways shall not exceed 30km/h;
near the vicinity of obstacles, taxi speed shall be reduced to
15km/h or below;
d. C 滑行道僅供100 噸(含)以下的航空
器使用;
d. TWY C is only available for aircraft up to 100 tonnes;
e. 為避免前機尾流沖擊后面車輛,需大功
率滑行時,必須事先征得地面管制員的
許可。
e. Where there is a need for taxiing with high power, prior
clearance shall be obtained from ground controller so as to
avoid the impact of wake turbulence left behind by preceding
aircraft upon the following vehicles.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 著陸航空器脫離跑道后均由引導車引導
進入停機位;
a. Landing aircraft shall follow the guidance of follow-me
vehicle to taxi into the parking stand after breaking away
from the runway;
b. 出港航空器在開車前5 分鐘聯絡白云放
行管制,取得放行許可;在開車前聯系
白云地面管制,通報自己的停機位號和
目的地,取得開車許可、使用跑道號、
滑行路線、氣象條件的通報;在進入等
待位置時,轉換至白云塔臺管制頻率;
b. Departing aircraft shall contact Baiyun Delivery Control for
departure clearance 5 minutes prior to engine start-up; prior to
engine start-up, it shall contact Baiyun Ground Control to
notify its parking stand number and destination, so as to
acquire such information as engine start-up clearance, runway
number, taxi route and meteorological conditions; the aircraft
shall switch to Baiyun Tower Control Frequency when
entering holding position;
