1. 機(jī)場(chǎng)使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
所有技術(shù)試飛需事先申請(qǐng)，并在得到空中
交通管制部門批準(zhǔn)后方可進(jìn)行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
可以通過地面管制申請(qǐng)引導(dǎo)車和拖車服
務(wù)。
Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available via
Ground Control.
3. 機(jī)坪和機(jī)位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 未經(jīng)地面管制同意，嚴(yán)禁航空器利用自
身動(dòng)力倒滑；
a. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Control clearance;
b. 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試車，需經(jīng)地面管制許可，并在
指定的地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行。嚴(yán)禁在廊橋附近和客
機(jī)坪試大車。
b. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
in the vicinity of boarding bridges or on apron are strictly
forbidden.

ZHCC AD 2.22 Flight procedures
1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外，在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線通常在跑道南側(cè)，A、B 類航空
器高度450 米，C、D 類航空器高度650 米；
如經(jīng)空中交通管制部門許可，可在跑道北側(cè)進(jìn)
行。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the south of runway, at the altitude
of 450m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 650m for aircraft CAT C/D.
Traffic circuits to the north of runway are subject to ATC clearance.
3. 塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導(dǎo)航臺(tái)或定位點(diǎn)上空等待或做機(jī)
動(dòng)飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.
