1. 機(jī)場(chǎng)使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
所有技術(shù)試飛需事先申請(qǐng),并在得到空中
交通管制部門批準(zhǔn)后方可進(jìn)行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
可以通過地面管制申請(qǐng)引導(dǎo)車服務(wù)。 Follow-me vehicle service is available via Ground Control.
3. 機(jī)坪和機(jī)位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 著陸航空器脫離跑道后均由引導(dǎo)車引導(dǎo)
進(jìn)入停機(jī)位;
a. Landing aircraft shall follow the guidance of follow-me
vehicle to taxi into the parking stand after breaking away
from the RWY;
b. 在1-6 號(hào)停機(jī)位停靠的航空器需由牽引
車推出,在其他停機(jī)位?康暮娇掌饔
地面人員指揮進(jìn)出;
b. Aircraft parking/docking at Stands1-6 shall be pushed out by
tow tractor; aircraft parking/docking at other stands shall be
guided by a marshaller for entry/exit;
c. 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試車,需經(jīng)地面管制許可,并在
指定的地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行。嚴(yán)禁在廊橋附近和客
機(jī)坪上試大車。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
in the vicinity of boarding bridges or on apron are strictly
forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外,在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行,均需按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道西北側(cè),高度400-700
米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the northwest of RWY, at the
altitudes of 400m-700m.
3. 塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序飛
行。如果需要,航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導(dǎo)航臺(tái)或定位點(diǎn)上空等待或做機(jī)
動(dòng)飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.
