指定的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近和客
機坪上試大車;
e. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
in the vicinity of boarding bridges and on apron are
strictly forbidden;
f. 地面電源車對輔助動力裝置故障的B757
及以上機型不提供使用。
f. Ground Power Unit (GPU) is unavailable to aircraft B757 and
above with Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) breakdown.

1. 總則 1. General
除經塔臺特殊許可外,在塔臺管制區內的
飛行,必須按照儀表飛行規則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線通常在跑道東側,A、B 類航空
器高度500 米,C、D 類航空器高度700 米;
經空中交通管制部門許可,可在跑道西側進
行,A、B 類航空器高度600 米,C、D 類航
空器高度800 米(三邊寬度不大于7.4 千米,
一轉彎高度不低于800 米)。
Traffic circuits shall be normally made to the east of RWY, at the
altitude of 500m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 700m for aircraft CAT
C/D. Traffic circuits to the west of RWY are subject to ATC
clearance, at the altitude 600m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 800m for
aircraft CAT C/D. (width of downwind leg shall not exceed 7.4km;
turning altitude to crosswind leg shall not be less than 800m).
3. 塔臺管制區內的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要,航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上空等待或做機
動飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.
