1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外，在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道南側(cè)，高度350－ 600
米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the south of runway, at the altitudes
of 350m-600m.
3. 塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序飛
