1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
所有訓(xùn)練飛行和技術(shù)試飛需事先申請,并
在得到空中交通管制部門批準(zhǔn)后方可進行。
Each and every training flight or technical test flight shall be filed
in advance and conducted only after clearance has been obtained
from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
可以通過塔臺申請引導(dǎo)車服務(wù)。 Follow-me vehicle service is available via Tower Control.

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)天津進近或塔臺特殊許可外,在天津
進近管制區(qū)和塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的飛行,必須按照
儀表飛行規(guī)則進行。
Flights within Tianjin Approach Control Area and Tower Control
Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has been
obtained from Tianjin Approach Control or Tower Control.

2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道東側(cè),A、B 類航空器高
度300 米,C、D 類航空器高度300-500
米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the east of RWY, at the altitude of
300m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 300m-500m for aircraft CAT C/D.
3. 天津進近管制區(qū)和塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行
程序
3. IFR flight procedures within Tianjin Approach Control Area
and Tower Control Area
a. 嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序和
ENR2.2.1 中公布的有關(guān)規(guī)定飛行。如果
需要,航空器可在空中交通管制部門指
定的航路、導(dǎo)航臺或定位點上空等待或
做機動飛行;
a. Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts and the
relevant regulations published in subsection ENR2.2.1.
Aircraft may, if necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway,
over a navigation facility or a fix designated by ATC;

4. 雷達程序 4. Radar procedures
a. 天津進近管制區(qū)域內(nèi)實施雷達管制。在
進近管制區(qū)范圍內(nèi)最小水平間隔為10
千米,垂直間隔300 米;
a. Radar control within Tianjin APP has been implemented. The
minimum horizontal radar separation is 10km and the
minimum vertical radar separation is 300m for aircraft within
Tianjin APP;
b. 雷達引導(dǎo)與排序
通常,航空器從大王莊VOR(VYK)、
石各莊NDB(VM)或管制移交點得到
進近雷達引導(dǎo)和排序,直至相應(yīng)的最后
進近航跡或目視跑道。根據(jù)航空器性能
或管制規(guī)定,發(fā)布雷達引導(dǎo)、上升或下
降高度及速度調(diào)整的指令,使航空器之
間保持規(guī)定的雷達間隔或尾流間隔。
b. Radar vectoring and sequencing:
Normally, aircraft will be vectored and sequenced from
