寶鋼研制出大飛機(jī)鈦合金結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼
2008年 4月 16日 ,寶鋼新聞中心透露 ,大型飛機(jī)起落架用 300M超高強(qiáng)鋼、四大牌號(hào)鈦合金結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼已由寶鋼研制成功 ,與大飛機(jī)項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)用特種鋼材的研發(fā) ,也已全面展開(kāi)。起飛總重量超過(guò) 100噸的軍用、民用大型運(yùn)輸機(jī)和 150座以上的干線客機(jī) ,每架需用高溫合金、鈦合金近 100噸 ,起落架用特種高強(qiáng)度鋼約 15噸。

摘 要 :微型渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī) (M TE)可作為各種新型無(wú)人機(jī)、微小型導(dǎo)彈的高速推進(jìn)動(dòng)力裝置 ,但微型化可能給發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各部件匹配工作帶來(lái)包括傳熱效應(yīng)在內(nèi)的特殊影響。針對(duì)微型渦輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī) MTE2110 ,建立了基于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部件特性的總體性能模型 ,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了可能的傳熱效應(yīng)對(duì)壓氣機(jī)特性及整機(jī)性能的影響。在
MTE2110的地面臺(tái)架運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)中 ,測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)顯示傳熱效應(yīng)使壓氣機(jī)的實(shí)際溫升比絕熱溫升增加了
30 %,對(duì)壓比影響不大 ,因此顯著降低了壓氣機(jī)效率。通過(guò)在壓氣機(jī)靜子上采用隔熱技術(shù)后 ,MTE性能得到顯著改善 ,設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)速下的實(shí)測(cè)推力提高了 23 %,達(dá)到了 96 N。
Abstract : Micro turbine engine (MTE) can be used as effective high2speed propulsion system for miniature UA2 Vs and missiles , but some new problems such as the heat transfer will affect the performance of MTE. Based on the modelingof a MTE, MTE2110 , the heat transfer from micro combustion chamber to micro compressor wasanalyzedandtheeffectsofbothperformancesofcompressorandwholeenginewereobtained. IntheMTE2 110 running tests on ground2stand , the measurements data showed that the heat transfer brought more temper2 ature2rise of compressor about 30 % than adiabatic one , but almost did not affect the pressure ratio. Experi2 mental results show that the heat2proof treatment to the stator of compressor can improve the engine perform2 ance greatly. The measured thrust of improved micro engine increased by 23 % and reach 96 N.
