摘 要 :電磁鉚接是一種新型連接工藝 ,本文介紹了電磁鉚接技術的特點及其發展。針對大飛機制造的技術需求 ,分析了電磁鉚接技術在大飛機研制中的作用 ,重點介紹了電磁鉚接技術在干涉配合鉚接、復合材料結構鉚接、干涉配合緊固件安裝等方面的應用。實驗研究表明電磁鉚接形成的干涉量均勻 ,能夠提高結構疲勞壽命 ,可以安裝大干涉量干涉配合緊固件 ,對復合材料結構鉚接可以減少安裝損傷。分析了為滿足大飛機研制的需要 ,中國下一階段在電磁鉚接技術方面要進行的工作。關鍵詞 :電磁鉚接 ;飛機制造 ;干涉配合 ;疲勞壽命 ;復合材料中圖分類號 : V262. 4 文獻標識碼 :A Abstract : Electromagnetic riveting is a new joining method.
