摘 要 :電磁鉚接是一種新型連接工藝 ,本文介紹了電磁鉚接技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)及其發(fā)展。針對(duì)大飛機(jī)制造的技術(shù)需求 ,分析了電磁鉚接技術(shù)在大飛機(jī)研制中的作用 ,重點(diǎn)介紹了電磁鉚接技術(shù)在干涉配合鉚接、復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)鉚接、干涉配合緊固件安裝等方面的應(yīng)用。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明電磁鉚接形成的干涉量均勻 ,能夠提高結(jié)構(gòu)疲勞壽命 ,可以安裝大干涉量干涉配合緊固件 ,對(duì)復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)鉚接可以減少安裝損傷。分析了為滿足大飛機(jī)研制的需要 ,中國下一階段在電磁鉚接技術(shù)方面要進(jìn)行的工作。關(guān)鍵詞 :電磁鉚接 ;飛機(jī)制造 ;干涉配合 ;疲勞壽命 ;復(fù)合材料中圖分類號(hào) : V262. 4 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼 :A Abstract : Electromagnetic riveting is a new joining method.
