總之 ,為了進一步提高中國高性能大涵道比風(fēng)扇/高壓壓氣機的研制能力 ,不僅需要加強軟件開發(fā) ,提高軟件精度 ,更應(yīng)提高試驗研究水平 ,提高測試精度 ,提高理論、計算與試驗相結(jié)合的綜合研究分析能力。
4 結(jié) 論
大涵道比渦扇發(fā)動機以其高循環(huán)參數(shù)、低耗油率、低污染、低噪聲、高可靠性和長壽命等顯著特點 ,代表了一個國家民用航空發(fā)動機技術(shù)的最高水平 ,也是一個國家科技水平和創(chuàng)新能力的重要標志。
大飛機的立項 ,使我們面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn) ,也帶來了前所未有的良好發(fā)展機遇。作者相信 ,統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃 ,精心組織 ,抓住契機 ,迎頭趕上 ,就能盡快趕上國際先進水平。

摘 要 :簡述了大型飛機及其結(jié)構(gòu)特點 ,通過比較人與機器兩種裝配系統(tǒng)的特性 ,及分析裝配自動化水平與裝配成本等諸因素的關(guān)系曲線 ,指出了自動化裝配技術(shù)在保證大型飛機結(jié)構(gòu)長壽命、高效率、低成本研制和生產(chǎn)等方面的意義 ;對國外大型飛機的裝配自動化發(fā)展狀況進行了綜述 ,簡要分析了國外發(fā)展的幾種主要自動化裝配系統(tǒng) ,總結(jié)了國外大型飛機的自動化裝配水平 ;對西方國家在大型飛機自動化裝配中采用的先進的裝
配理念和方法

assembly cost , points out the meaning of automatic assembly technology which ensures long life , high effi2 ciency and low cost of large aircraft structure , both in research and in manufacture. Also , the paper analy2 zes the overseas actuality of automatic assembly of large aircraft and several systems of automatic assembly and level of automatic assembly , and summarizes the advanced thought and means of automatic assembly of large aircraft of western countries , for example , determinant assembly. Finally , aiming at the actuality at home , such as the low level of automatic assembly and the demands for developing and manufacturing large aircraft , some suggestions are put forward , including developing the modularization automatic assembly system , carrying out the means of concurrent engineering and realizing the designs for manufacturing and assembly.
