314 結(jié)合新農(nóng)村建設(shè),進(jìn)行基本農(nóng)田規(guī)劃
機(jī)場(chǎng)周邊有大量的村莊和農(nóng)田,水稻、小麥等農(nóng)作
物和瓜果類經(jīng)濟(jì)作物是鳥類的重要食物,村民飼養(yǎng)牲
畜的養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)所是鳥類的覓食場(chǎng)所,栽種的樹木又都是
鳥類棲息和營(yíng)巢之處,還有村民飼養(yǎng)的家鴿,這些都對(duì)
機(jī)場(chǎng)的鳥擊防范工作增加了的難度。因此,可利用新
農(nóng)村建設(shè)的契機(jī),民航部門與當(dāng)?shù)卣块T積極溝通,
請(qǐng)當(dāng)?shù)卣谶M(jìn)行新農(nóng)村建設(shè)時(shí),充分考慮到機(jī)場(chǎng)鳥
擊防范工作,有計(jì)劃地將機(jī)場(chǎng)周邊住戶遷走,將機(jī)場(chǎng)周
邊的農(nóng)田種植不招引鳥類的作物,減少鳥類在機(jī)場(chǎng)上
空及周邊的活動(dòng)。
315 加大投入,建立科學(xué)的管理模式
在生態(tài)環(huán)境日益改善,全社會(huì)保護(hù)鳥類、保護(hù)生物
多樣性的今天,要想有效地防止鳥類“入侵”機(jī)場(chǎng),杜
絕鳥擊航空器事故的發(fā)生,除了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視以外,還
必須加大投入,建立科學(xué)的管理模式。首先應(yīng)進(jìn)行科
學(xué)的調(diào)查,繪出一年中不同季節(jié)鳥類在飛行區(qū)、內(nèi)水平
面以及錐形面的分布圖,并收集世界各大機(jī)場(chǎng)發(fā)生鳥

Abstract: The survey of birdswas carried out in Huangshan airport and periphery from Ap ril 2006 to November 20071 The
result showed that there are 111 species of birds belonging to 36 families, 14 orders1 Six species are considered as existingmain
