1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外，在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道東側(cè)，C、D 類航空器高
500 米，A、B 類航空器高400 米，儀表飛行
時(shí)，五邊改出不要偏西，并聽從ATC 指揮。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the east of RWY, at the height of
500m for aircraft CAT C/D, and 400m for aircraft CAT A/B. When
operating under IFR, deviation westwards is forbidden on final
approach, and ATC instructions shall be complied with.
