1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
a. 本場僅供100 噸（含）以下機型使用； a. Local AD is only available for aircraft not more than 100
tonnes;
b. 所有技術試飛須事先申請，并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準后方可進行。

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺特殊許可外，在塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道兩側(cè)均可，西側(cè)高600
米，東側(cè)高500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to both sides of RWY, at the height of
600m on west side, and 500m on east side.
3. 塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上空等待或做機
動飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.

機場附近全年有鳥類活動，夏秋季節(jié)較
多。每天在日出后和日落前1 至2 小時活動頻
繁，高約為600 米以下。機場管制部門會盡可
能將鳥類活動及估計的離地高通知駕駛員。建
議駕駛員在上述期間內(nèi)，在機場塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)
起飛爬升、進近著陸過程中打開著陸燈。
機場當局采取了驅(qū)趕措施，以減少鳥群
活動。
Activities of bird flocks are found all the year round in the vicinity
of the aerodrome especially during summer and autumn. Daily
peak hours of their activities are one to two hours after sunrise and
before sunset with flying heights at about 600m or below.
Aerodrome Control Unit will, as far as practicable, inform pilots of
bird activities and their estimated heights. During the above periods
pilots are advised to switch on landing lights during takeoff, climb
and approach-to-land within the Tower Control Area.
Aerodrome Authority resorts to dispersal methods to reduce bird
activities.
