1. 機場使用規定 1. AD operations regulations
所有技術試飛需事先申請,并在得到空中
交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過塔臺申請引導車和拖車服務; a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Tower Control;
b. 航空器在滑行道上(包括機坪)的滑行
速度不得超過30 千米/小時,轉彎速度
不得超過3 千米/小時。
b. Taxiing speed on TWY ( including apron) shall not exceed 30
km/h; turning speed shall not exceed 3km/h.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 著陸航空器脫離跑道后均由引導車引導
進入停機位;
a. Landing aircraft shall follow the guidance of follow-me
vehicle to taxi into the parking stand after breaking away
from the runway;
b. 在夜航或低能見度情況下,航空器在停
機坪內滑行時應打開航行燈;
b. All aircraft taxiing on apron shall turn on their navigation
lights at night-time or in situation of poor visibility;
c. 發動機試車,需經塔臺許可,并在指定
的地點進行。嚴禁在客機坪試大車或進
行發動機排故調試。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Tower Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups,
or trouble-shooting and testing of engine breakdown on
apron are strictly forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經塔臺特殊許可外,在塔臺管制區內的
飛行,必須按照儀表飛行規則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道東南側,A、B 類航空器
高300 米,C、D 類航空器高600 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the southeast of RWY, at the height
of 300m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 600m for aircraft CAT C/D.
