4.3 儀表著陸系統(tǒng) II 類運(yùn)行跑道的起飛標(biāo)

此根據(jù)附件14 設(shè)置了專門的等待位置標(biāo)志和
等待位置燈；當(dāng)航空器在著陸后進(jìn)入出口滑行
道時，此時滑行道中線燈為黃綠相間顏色，駕
駛員在滑行中發(fā)現(xiàn)這種黃綠相間顏色全部變?yōu)?br /> 綠色時，即表示該航空器已完全脫離儀表著陸
系統(tǒng)敏感區(qū)。
駕駛員不得將航空器滯留在儀表著陸系統(tǒng)
敏感區(qū)內(nèi)，當(dāng)航空器完全脫離儀表著陸系統(tǒng)敏
感區(qū)時，駕駛員應(yīng)報(bào)告“已脫離跑道”
greater distance than usual. To this end, such holding positions
have been appropriately marked and lighted conforming to the
specifications in ICAO Annex 14. When aircraft enters exit
taxiway after landing, pilot will find that exit taxiway center line
lights alternate from green to yellow, and as the pilot continues
taxiing he will find that the alternating colors will all turn into
green, an indication showing that his aircraft is clear of the ILS
Sensitive Area.
Pilots shall not hold their aircraft within the ILS Sensitive Area and
shall report “Runway Vacated” after the aircraft is fully clear of the
Sensitive Area.
4.5 在實(shí)施儀表著陸系統(tǒng)II 類運(yùn)行過程
中，空中交通管制部門會通知航空器駕駛員氣
象條件變化和任何公布設(shè)施不能正常工作的情
況，以便航空器駕駛員在必要時能根據(jù)運(yùn)行手
冊來修訂最低飛行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4.5 During ILS Category II operations, pilots will be
informed by ATC of any change in weather conditions and any
unserviceability in the promulgated facilities so that they can
amend their operations minima, if necessary, according to their
operations manual.
4.6 航空器駕駛員如準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行II 類進(jìn)近的
訓(xùn)練，應(yīng)在與進(jìn)近管制（或管制塔臺）最初的
聯(lián)系中提出申請。練習(xí)進(jìn)近時，安全保衛(wèi)程序
不能保證得到全面實(shí)施，航空器駕駛員應(yīng)預(yù)料
儀表著陸系統(tǒng)信號受到干擾的可能性。
4.6 Pilots who wish to carry out training practice of CAT II
approach are to request Practice CAT II Approach on initial contact
with Approach Control (or Tower Control). For practice
approaches there is no guarantee that the full safeguarding
procedures will be applied and pilots should anticipate the
possibility of resultant ILS signal disturbance.
4.7 II 類運(yùn)行的申請

4.7.1 航空營運(yùn)人在儀表著陸系統(tǒng)跑道實(shí)施
II 類運(yùn)行的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，需要向中國民用航空總
局提出申請，獲得批準(zhǔn)后方可實(shí)施II 類運(yùn)
行。
4.7.1 Air operators shall make an application to CAAC for
approval for CAT II operations minima at the aerodromes
providing ILS CAT II operations before the execution of such
operations.
