Requirement for Area Navigation (RNAV) on the revised South China Sea routes
1. 自2001 年11 月1 日1930 協(xié)調(diào)世界時
起,三亞責(zé)任區(qū)內(nèi)的區(qū)域?qū)Ш胶铰穼⑼度脒\
行。本航行資料通報為通知此事而頒發(fā)。
2. 區(qū)域?qū)Ш绞且环N導(dǎo)航方法,該方法允
許航空器在相關(guān)導(dǎo)航設(shè)施的覆蓋范圍內(nèi),或
在航空器自備式導(dǎo)航設(shè)備能力范圍內(nèi),或二
者的組合,沿任何期望的航徑飛行。在本航
行資料通報中,區(qū)域?qū)Ш皆O(shè)備通過利用下述
一種導(dǎo)航源或幾種的組合來自動確定航空器
的位置,使航空器建立期望的航徑并沿此航

在修改的南中國海ATS 航路結(jié)構(gòu)中的區(qū)域?qū)?br />
航航路上運行,此ATS 航路結(jié)構(gòu)是三亞責(zé)任
區(qū)的一部分。不符合區(qū)域?qū)Ш揭蟮暮娇掌?br />
只能在非區(qū)域?qū)Ш胶铰飞线\行。有關(guān)ATS 航
路的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容在第04/03 期中國AIP補充資料
中公布。
4. 三亞責(zé)任區(qū)內(nèi)的區(qū)域?qū)Ш胶铰穼凑?br />
國際民航組織地區(qū)協(xié)議中的規(guī)定實施。
5. 中國民用航空總局飛行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)司負(fù)責(zé)對
在中國登記的航空器進(jìn)行區(qū)域?qū)Ш较到y(tǒng)的批

1. This Aeronautical Information Circular serves as Notice
of Intent to implement RNAV routes in the Sanya AOR on 1
November 2001 at 1930 UTC.
2. RNAV is a method, which permits aircraft navigation
along any desired flight path within the coverage of the
associated navigation aids, or within the limits of the capability of
self-contained aids, or a combination of these methods. For the
purpose of this AIC, RNAV equipment is considered to be that
equipment which operates by automatically determining aircraft
position from one, or a combination of the following sensors with
the means to establish and follow a desired path:
a) VOR/DME
b) DME/DME
c) INS or IRS
d) LORAN C
e) GNSS
3. Effective 1930 UTC on 1 November 2001, only aircraft
equipped with RNAV systems would be able to operate on the
RNAV routes in the revised South China Sea ATS route structure
which form part of the Sanya AOR. Aircraft that are not RNAV
compliant will only be cleared to operate on non-RNAV routes.
Details of the ATS routes are published in AIP China Supplement
04/03.
4. RNAV routes will be implemented in the Sanya AOR in
accordance with ICAO Regional Agreements.
5. Flight Standards Department of the General
Administration of Civil Aviation of China is responsible for the
aircraft approval to China-registered aircraft with regard to the
