1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
所有技術試飛需事先申請，并在得到空中
交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a 可以通過地面管制申請引導車和拖車服
務；
a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Ground Control;
b. 禁止航空器在滑行道上做180°轉彎。 b. 180°turnaround on TWY is forbidden for all aircraft.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 未經(jīng)地面管制同意，嚴禁航空器利用自
身動力倒滑；
a. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Control clearance;
b. 停靠廊橋的航空器均由牽引車推出，停
靠其他機位的航空器由地面人員指揮其
進、出機位；
b. Aircraft parking/docking at boarding bridges shall be pushed
out by tow tractors; aircraft Parking/docking at other stands
shall be guided by a marshaller for entry/exit;
c. 發(fā)動機試車，需經(jīng)地面管制許可，并在
指定的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近和客
機坪試大車。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
near boarding bridges or on apron are strictly forbidden.
