1. 總則 1. General
除經塔臺特殊許可外，在塔臺管制區內的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道西北側， C、D 類航空
器高度650 米，A、B 類航空器高度500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the northwest of RWY, at the
altitude of 650m for aircraft CAT C/D, and 500m for aircraft CAT
A/B.
3. 塔臺管制區內的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
a. 嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管
制部門指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上
空等待或做機動飛行；
a. Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/depatrure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may,
if necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a
navigation facility or a fix designated by ATC;
b 因本場飛行的需要，塔臺可能會要求航
空器駕駛員偏離標準離場程序，保持沿
跑道方向繼續上升至一定高度后轉彎入
航。除非緊急情況，航空器不得提前轉
彎。
b. Pilots may be required by Tower Control to deviate from
standard departure procedures, maintain runway direction and
continue to climb to a certain altitude before turning to join
the air route so as to meet local traffic operation requirements.
Pilots shall not turn in advance unless in emergency.

機場靠近海岸, 時常有鳥類聚集, 管制部
門會盡可能地將鳥類活動情況及估計的離地高
度通知飛行員。當航空器駕駛員觀察到有鳥類
活動影響飛行安全時，應及時通報管制員。機
場當局采取了驅鳥措施，以減少鳥群活動。
The aerodrome is near the seashore, therefore, bird concentration is
very common. As far as practicable, the ATC will inform pilots of
bird activities and the estimated heights AGL. On the other hand,
pilots shall duly notify ATC when bird activities constitute a hazard
to flight safety according to their observation. Aerodrome Authority
resorts to dispersal methods to reduce bird activities.
